NAMEme operates under the trading umbrella of Calla Bleu LTD. It is a New Zealand owned and operated company.
Do you have a physical office?
Yes, NAMEme's physical site and showroom is located at the Laserworx building on 72B Morrin Road, St Johns, Auckland, New Zealand.

Who designs and makes your products?
- Supplies and products are made in New Zealand and overseas.
- All Graphic design associated with our products is done in-house.
How can I order?
All of our products are on our website and you can order online. Alternatively you may visit NAMEme (c/o Laserworx) and order in person.
Can I get a custom engrave?
Yes you can, please email us with your enquiries.
Can I get a sample of my desired engrave?
Samples may be available for bulk orders only. Or to view in-house samples, please visit our physical address: NAMEme c/o- Laserworx, 72B Morrin Rd, St Johns, Auckland. Appointments necessary.
What's involved in ordering?
For small orders, we suggest taking advantage of our easy to use online ordering process.
How long will an order take?
Order times vary depending on what product and what quantity is ordered. Estimated lead times are mentioned under each product description.
What payment options do you have?
We have a secure credit card processing gateway that takes all major credit cards.
We also have Bank to Bank direct transfers, however, this is only open to New Zealand Residents.
How long and how much for shipping times or can I collect?
We offer Flat Fee Shipping Rates to anywhere in NZ & AU, to view rates click here. You are able to collect from our site for free.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we can, please contact is for shipping inquiries.
I want to make a bulk order, do I have to pay in full upfront?
For orders under $500, payment is required in full upfront. For orders exceeding $500, we require a 50% deposit before the order process begins and then the balance is to be paid on completion. Payments can be made online, over the phone or in person on site.
Can I have multiple people contact you about my order?
We only take instruction from one person per order, unless we receive instruction from that person to deal with someone they've elected to act on their behalf.
